Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada where permitted by applicable law.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree that disputes with SEO Web Search will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, mass action, or representative proceeding.
